At Ghibli Painter, we provide AI-generated Ghibli-style photo transformations through subscription plans. To help you evaluate the service, we offer free credits so you can try it before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are non-refundable. This includes:

• Unused or partially used credits
• Dissatisfaction with generated results
• Forgetting to cancel a subscription

Our AI service is offered "as-is," and we encourage users to try the free credits before making a purchase.

One-Hour Refund Window (First-Time Purchases Only)

If you made a first-time purchase in error and:

• You contact us within 1 hour of the transaction, and
• You have not used any of the purchased credits

We may issue a one-time discretionary refund.

Subscriptions & Renewals

By subscribing to a monthly plan, you agree to be billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly).

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• When cancelled, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
• We do not offer refunds for auto-renewals or unused credits from past billing periods.
