We use the data we collect to:

  • Process image generation and credit purchases

We do not use your uploaded photos or generated images to train AI models.

  • Uploaded and generated images are retained for a minimum of 24 hours and are deleted periodically.
  • Account data (e.g. email, password hash) is retained until the user requests deletion.
  • Analytics data is anonymous and aggregated; no individual is identified.

We cannot guarantee a specific deletion time for images. All data is hosted on a private VPS and handled responsibly.

4. Payments & Third Parties

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store any payment details on our servers.
  • We may add advertising tags (e.g. Google AdSense) in the future. These may track anonymized browsing behavior.

No user data is shared with third parties except for essential service providers listed above.

We currently do not support requests for manual deletion of individual uploaded/generated images. Images are removed periodically in bulk.

6. Children's Privacy

Ghibli Painter does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

We take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information, including encrypted password storage and secure data transfer.
